Mark McLean
Mark is Vice President of Business Development for the Key Family of Companies. Mark joined the company in 1992 coming from Johnson & Higgins,
an international brokerage firm, where he was a senior group benefits consultant. He has a very broad perspective on group benefit issues and
is extremely capable in identifying sound and innovative solutions to client needs and concerns. Previous to J&H, Mark was in group benefits
sales with Jefferson-Pilot Life Insurance Company. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he majored in Insurance and
Economic Security. He is certified as a Chartered Life Underwriter. Mark joined the Key Family in August 1992.
Chad McMahon
Chad is the Director of Business Development for TurnKey Benefits. He comes to TurnKey with an 11 year background in human resources management
and group benefits. His strong knowledge of strategic human resources practices combined with an understanding of the group benefits market allows
him to develop innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs. Chad holds the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) accreditation and an
MBA from Western Carolina University.
Shelley Stromple
As the President of TurnKey Benefits, Inc., Shelley is a trusted Benefits Consultant to many companies.
She is a graduate of Duquesne University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. As a former teacher and business owner she has a
unique understanding of how important a sound strategy can be when it comes to employee benefits. Shelley started TurnKey Benefits
in 1998. She has grown her business by focusing on nurturing the relationships that she has with her clients and focusing on their
individuals needs and concerns. She continues to stay on the forefront of the employee benefits industry by staying up to date with
new developments in the marketplace.
